WorldFolder
Your friends want a Minecraft server. Not a second job.
You know how Minecraft hosting usually goes: someone has to "own" the server. Pay for it every month whether anyone's online or not, restart it when it crashes, and text the group chat "it's up" before every session. Hosting becomes a second job.
WorldFolder is the opposite. Your world lives at one address, always reachable. Your friends type it in and join whenever they want, from Java or Bedrock. The server starts itself when someone shows up. Nobody has to press start. Nobody has to be around.
And because the world only runs while people are actually playing, you don't pay for idle time. That's how the free tier and the cheap plans exist. No credit card. Plans from €1.99.

About
Private Minecraft multiplayer is still worse than it should be, it should be a lot easier to create a Minecraft Server to have more time to play with your friends.

The strongest part is removing the recurring coordination burden, not just the hosting cost. “Nobody has to be around” feels like the actual product benefit because it changes the server from something the group has to manage into something they can simply use.
