November 27, 2025 Hello!

Hi everyone, I’m Lígia – a solo founder and Flutter dev from Portugal.

I’m building SOS Anxiety, a bilingual (Portuguese/English) app that supports people with anxiety and panic attacks through:

– Guided SOS mode for panic moments (grounding, breathing, step-by-step support)

– Daily reflections and exercises for anxiety

– AI-powered chat for empathic, evidence-informed suggestions

In Portugal, public mental health care is overloaded and private therapy is too expensive for many people. A lot of people with anxiety end up with no real support. I’m trying to give them a calm, accessible companion in their pocket.

Right now I’m looking for 1–2 co-founders (equity only at the start) who can own key areas:

Option A – Growth / Marketing co-founder

– ASO, basic landing pages, email, social

– Organic acquisition experiments (Reddit, communities, content)

– Turning existing users into a small but active community

Option B – Tech co-founder

– Flutter/mobile experience (or strong willingness to learn)

– Help polish the current app, improve architecture, and ship new features faster

– Ideally comfortable with basic backend / Firebase / analytics

If you’re in mental health, psychology, or coaching and feel called to this space, I’m also open to a third co-founder focused on content, partnerships, and clinical credibility.

👉 What I’m offering

– Equity only at the beginning (no salary yet), with vesting

– A working app, clear roadmap, and a real problem to solve

– Bilingual angle (PT/EN) with room to expand to other markets

– A kind, honest collaboration: low ego, high empathy

If this resonates with you, or you know someone who might be a good fit, I’d love to talk.

Comment here or DM me and I’ll send a short product overview + screenshots and we can jump on a quick call. 💜

I’m building SOS Anxiety because access to mental health care in Portugal is extremely limited. Public services are overloaded with long waiting lists, and private therapy is simply too expensive for many people. In prac
