We released our WhatsApp teams inbox late last year and it's a quickly growing channel for us. With that said, we've had a lot of interest in customers who want their WhatsApp chat requests not only automated with AI but delivered directly to Slack, Google, or Teams just like website chat messages.
I've been working on expanding the features to support native chat within each of these platforms to respond directly to customer's WhatsApp messages. The app also supports the new coexistence mode in WhatsApp which allows you to keep your WhatsApp business account on your phone, but also have it cloud based in our tool.

I just spent the last month redesigning and simplifying the Social Intents website with a clear focus on customer and client channels. I removed many of the extra pages and optimized for seo. This should be a good boost for organic traffic.

I've just about completed the Team Inbox for WhatsApp so that you can see all messages inside a single inbox in Teams or on the web. So with this integration you you can chat with your WhatsApp customers from Slack, Teams, or Google Chat. So you just set up your business account number and integration with Social Intents for one team inbox view all of your team members can manage just like website chats.

Currently I'm working through the process of getting my latest integration through the Google Marketplace evaluation. Seems like you can't restrict based on region as their reviewers are in Argentina. So much for a slow roll out :)
