After a year of full-time building in stealth and many rounds of private beta testing, we've finally improved our product enough to get some sales and positive reviews!

It was a lot slower than I anticipated, like months and months of surprise delays... mostly due to how technical our product is but also the sheer scope of the UX. But I'm relieved now to finally say the foundation is solid now and we can proceed to the next step of our GTM plan.

We didn't want to just launch openly and build fully in public because frankly we wouldn't have been able to keep up. Instead we chose to do controlled waves of private testing to refine our UX more thoughtfully.

The product still in beta but I'm confident enough to say its generally valuable and we have a clear idea of how to make it great.

Honestly still hasn't hit me that we launched, and making the shift from tinker mode to sales mode is still an adjustment for me. Even though I've launched products before, still nervous posting this.

Anyway, would appreciate any feedback on our product. I know its a crowded space and a hard problem but we have thought very deeply about it.
