We're glad to announce a new update of Projectium!

Recently we released a new version that brings a better experience to new projectium users and simplifies UI for all of them! 👀

What's new?

✅ New onboarding experience.
Creating an account now becomes a lot easier. New users will get an introduction into what they will get from the platform and a clear guides on how a good profile will help them to drive more attention!

✅ New header navigation
This one you might already noticed! It's now a lot easier to navigate though the platform. We replaced old/unintuitive "explore icon" with much better "Discover button" to avoid unintuitive design. Also, overall grouping of elements and general feel also changed.

✅ Review for new projects
We decided to implement a review process for new projects submitted on projectium. This will founders receive our guidelines on design of the page, and submit more quality content on the project page. We will also remove spam projects.

✅ Well, new Emails?
YES! Absolutely, we changed the way we deliver them and fixed critical issues!

✅ Your posts are now visible! In GOOGLE.
In the past we had issues that Google Search Engine is not looking at posts created by project founders. - Well, now it does! Soon, your posts will become searchable and will be promoted by google search!!

Projectium Team 💜

The first thing we focused on in December was website performance. It is clear that User Experience is one of the most significant factors for Search engines like Google - if your site loads slower then the probability of losing top positions is very high.

Summary (what we did):

Reimplemented SSR code with faster engine
Cached GraphQL requests on ApolloServer
Added cache-control to requests
Result: We had a boost from 100/day to 1K/day
