September 16, 2026 Show IH: Built a platform to help accelerators manage their startup portfolios — looking for feedback

I'm a Senior PM who spent years managing startup ecosystems with spreadsheets, endless emails and disconnected tools.

Every week the same questions: What stage is each startup in? Who owns this risk? Why hasn't anyone updated the progress?

So I built Orbianty — a platform that centralizes projects, risks, stages and milestones for accelerators and incubators in one place. Real-time visibility of every startup in your program.

We just launched our pilot and I'm looking for honest feedback from this community:

  • Does this solve a real problem for you?

  • What would you want to see in a tool like this?

  • Would you use it?

Pilot is free — 1 year free license for early users.

The "why hasn't anyone updated the progress" pain point is the real one, that's less a tooling problem and more an incentive problem, accelerator staff update trackers for their own reporting but startups have no reason to unless it's tied to something they get back, like mentor matching or investor visibility. Have you gotten any accelerators to actually commit to the pilot yet, or is this still pre-first-user? (Building gnxsales.com, an AI sales agent for early SaaS founders, happy to compare notes.)

Great point, the incentive gap is real. Our take: when progress tracking is tied to what startups actually care about , funding milestones, investor visibility, risk flags that could block their next round, they update it. Nobody fills a tracker just because. But if it shows their growth story or protects them from blind spots, that changes everything. Still pre-first-user but have 3 accelerators in conversations this week. Would love to compare notes!

The workflow pain is concrete, but the key signal seems to be adoption. Have pilot users actually moved their portfolio tracking out of spreadsheets yet?

We just launched the pilot this week — first users onboarding now. That's exactly what we're measuring: whether teams actually replace their spreadsheets with Orbianty after 30 days. I'll keep the community posted!

The 30-day spreadsheet replacement test is the key signal. If you’re open to it, what’s the best email to reach you on?

Thanks! I’ve just sent it over.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts whenever you have a chance.
