Your AI Companion to help You looksmaxxx

August 20, 2026 I’m building MOGGG — an AI looksmaxxing app

I got tired of seeing “looksmaxxing” boiled down to random TikToks, skincare lists, and bro science.

So I started building MOGGG.

You scan yourself → MOGGG analyzes your face, skin, hair, frame and diet → then gives you personalized recommendations, routines and products you can actually follow.

And yeah, there’s a leaderboard too because apparently self-improvement becomes 10x more motivating when you can see your rank 💀

The goal isn’t just “rate my face.”

It’s:

scan → understand → improve → track → mog.

The app is basically ready now, and I’m at the stage where I’m figuring out how to actually get people to use it.

Would love to hear from other Indie Hackers:

What’s worked best for you when launching a consumer app from basically zero?

I’m documenting the journey here as I build MOGGG. 🚀

The consumer positioning is clear here. The scan → understand → improve → track loop makes this feel more like an ongoing product than a one-time AI “rating” tool.

About

I think self-improvement has a personalization problem I've been building MOGGG around the idea of creating a more personalized improvement roadmap using AI.
