Logo Animation AI turns your static logo into motion
I'm a solo founder. I run Photory AI and XShorts, and every single time I ship something, I hit the same wall — I have a logo, but no way to make it move.
An animated logo reveal is a small thing that does a lot of work. It's the difference between a landing page that looks like a weekend project and one that looks like a company. It's the 3 seconds at the start of every demo video. But the options were all bad for someone like me: a motion designer costs a few hundred dollars and takes a week, and After Effects templates need skills I don't have and never quite fit the logo you actually own.
So I built Logo Animation AI. Upload a logo, pick a style, get a finished reveal back in about a minute.
The part I found interesting to build: naive approaches (just feeding a logo to a video model) produce mush. What works is splitting it into two stages. First a model designs the final frame — where the logo sits, the scene around it, the lighting — and only then does a video model animate the reveal into that frame. That design step is the whole difference between output that looks intentional and output that looks like generic AI motion.
It's live now and I'm figuring out the rest in public here.
Two things I'd love input on:
If you've paid for a logo animation before — what did you actually use it for? Landing page hero, video intro, social, something else? I want to make sure the default output sizes match the real use case.
What's stopping you from putting one on your own landing page right now — price, or just never thought about it?
About
Every product I ship needs an animated logo, and every option was slow, expensive, or required After Effects skills I don't have. So I made one that takes a minute.
