Built a drag-and-drop form builder UI for the dashboard. Then deliberately removed it. If the form is just the entry point, creation should take under a
minute. Shifted all engineering time to post-publish operations: response routing, email sequences, analytics, and the safety harness.
Came from digital marketing where I spent more time on post-publish form ops than on creating forms. Bet on MCP as the primary interface for end users,not just developers.
