Every event lands in a live feed you can search and filter by name, level, source, customer and date, with operational analytics over it: volume, error rate, delivery health per destination, and twelve months of history on every plan. Filter to one customer and you have their timeline.
Then rules route the events that matter to where your team already is - Slack, Discord, Telegram, a signed webhook, or a push notification on your phone - with retries and backoff, circuit breakers around a failing destination, and a log of every attempt. Your AI assistant can read the same history and tell you what happened.
