I think most businesses have a strategy problem disguised as a productivity problem.

They don’t necessarily need another task manager.

They already have Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Notion, spreadsheets, Slack and probably a few others.

The problem is that the actual business direction sits somewhere else entirely.

The strategy is in a deck.
The KPIs are in a spreadsheet.
The quarterly goals are in another document.
The team’s day-to-day work is somewhere else again.

Then a few weeks into the quarter, everyone is busy, but it becomes surprisingly difficult to answer:

Are we actually moving the business in the right direction?

I ran into this problem myself, which eventually led me to build Elevale, but I’m interested in how other founders are handling it.

Do you actively connect your company goals, KPIs and day-to-day execution?

Or is it still mostly a combination of spreadsheets, project management tools and regular meetings?

I’m particularly interested in what starts breaking once the team gets bigger.
