Confia
Understand your anxiety, recognize your patterns, and feel l
I've been living with anxiety for around 3 years, and I take medication for it.
During that time, one of the things I've struggled with most is understanding why some days are good and others suddenly aren't. Sometimes the anxiety appears and I can't even tell what triggered it.
So I started building something for myself.
What began as a small personal project eventually became CONFIA.
I wanted a place where I could keep track of how I was feeling, look back at previous days, recognize patterns and hopefully start understanding some of my triggers before they hit me again.
But there was another part I felt was missing: other people.
Talking about anxiety with someone who actually experiences it can be completely different from trying to explain it to someone who doesn't. So I added a community where people can share what they're going through and talk to others who understand.
I'm still taking my medication and I don't believe an app replaces therapy or professional help. That's not what I'm trying to build.
I just wanted something that could be there during the normal day-to-day moments when anxiety happens.
CONFIA is completely free, and I've now made it available to anyone on Android:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.confiaolhaparadentro&hl=en
I'm building this on my own and I'm still learning what CONFIA should become.
That's actually why I'm posting here.
I'd love some honest feedback from other founders: would the story behind CONFIA make you want to try it? And if you did, what would make you keep coming back?
I'm especially interested in criticism. I'd rather hear what's missing now than spend months building the wrong things.
