We have now got our first major milestones to get 1K members, with about 18% active and 2% allocation on the platform.
Our next milestone would be to get 2K members with 20% activation ratio and 5% allocation.
We want allocation to be in single digit to make the platform competitive for our clients to have quality talents working for them.

Within 2 months of launch, we have now exceeded monthly recurring revenues of £50K. This has come because of us signing up a Series A funded start-up to build their full product team with us. This also enabled us to prove our Dedicated Team model of customer engagement

We also started reaching out to potential new customers. Demoed the platform to a few and managed to get our first customer to sign-up. It wasn't a big contract, but was enough to test the customer's willingness to pay. Simple freelance project based engagement

After 3 months of the product development, we launched the initial product. It wasnt a complete MVP, but was enough for us to reach out to a few early users (talent) for them to sign-up and gather feedback. This allowed us to further improve the MVP and reprioritise the feature backlog

Researched a few competitors in the market and found that none actually met my requirements. So I started putting my thoughts in defining the MVP and defined the key user journeys. Also started designing the landing pages to launch the public website.
