If you got tired of chasing clients for homework, I built a tool for it

Quick context: I run into (and have watched other coaches run into) the same annoying loop constantly. You send a client a worksheet. Then you spend the next three days pinging them to actually do it. Then five minutes before the session, you're speed-reading their answers trying to remember what you're even supposed to talk about.

The worksheet was never the problem. The follow-through was.

That's basically the whole thesis behind CoachSheets. It's not "another worksheet builder" — it's built around one loop: send → track → remind → recap → feed into next session.

A few decisions I'm pretty happy with so far:

• No login for clients. Magic link, they click it, they fill it out. Zero friction, zero "I forgot my password" emails.

• AI recaps before sessions. Instead of re-reading everything cold, you get a ~90 second summary of what actually matters before you hop on the call.

• 100+ templates + a canvas builder. Don't want to start from scratch, don't have to — but you can still build fully custom interactive worksheets if you need to.

• AI importer. Got a static PDF/doc worksheet you've used for years? Turn it into an interactive one automatically instead of rebuilding it by hand.

• A free tier that's not a demo. 1 active client, full feature set, no credit card. I hate free tiers that are just ads for the paid plan, so this one actually works.

I'm building this solo and trying to move fast based on real feedback rather than guessing what coaches want. If you run a coaching practice (or have tried and abandoned "worksheet software" before), I'd genuinely love to hear what's broken about the tools out there — even if it's blunt.
