Yesterday, after confirming international card payments were working well, I decided to start the cold launch.

Before going to bed, I:
1. Bought X Premium — NT$93
2. Researched 30 potential users who seemed like a good fit for Bidfor.tw, and sent 19 personalized DMs
3. Quickly set up a Product page on Indie Hackers

Results so far:
Paid users: 0
Replies: 1

Next:
1. Reach out to more potential users in the bidding community
2. Connect with a few larger accounts on X
3. Find more free platforms to get Bidfor.tw in front of people, both in Taiwan and internationally

0 customers so far.
