AI Learning Platform for Students Preparing for SAT & ACT
Like many students, I noticed that studying often means jumping between YouTube, ChatGPT, Khan Academy, practice tests, and notes. I want to build something that brings everything into one personalized learning experience.
I'm still in the validation stage, so I'd love honest feedback before writing thousands of lines of code.
A few questions:
• What's the biggest frustration you had while preparing for the SAT or ACT?
• Which AI study tools have you tried?
• If you could have one feature that doesn't exist today, what would it be?
I'm planning to build in public and share both the wins and mistakes along the way.
Looking forward to learning from this community.

Good instinct to validate before building further.
The interesting part is that “students use several tools” establishes fragmented behavior, but not necessarily the reason that fragmentation is a problem for them.
That's a really good point. I may be jumping from an observation to a solution too quickly.
Using multiple tools doesn't automatically mean it's a painful experience. What I really need to validate is why students switch between them and whether that creates enough friction to justify a dedicated product.
My next step is to interview students and understand questions like:
What slows them down the most?
Where do existing tools fall short?
If they could change one thing about their study workflow, what would it be?
Thanks for pointing that out—it gives me a better direction for customer interviews.
That’s a useful realization. I appreciate you being open about the assumption gap.
I’d like to continue the conversation outside the thread. What’s the best email to reach you on?
