September 1, 2026 August Revenue: $4.7k

August revenue hit an all-time high as it reached $4,733, surpassing the cumulative total of the previous six months combined.

The acceleration was driven by a single partner hiring funnel clearing its 90-day pipeline lag, converting candidate onboarding volume generated back in May into billable outcomes.

Full case study attached :)

The 90-day lag makes the $4.7k more interesting than the headline. How repeatable is that partner funnel across other partners, or is most of the current revenue still tied to one pipeline finally clearing?

aitrainer.work has been designed as a job board for people looking for part time, flexible, remote AI training roles.

In the future I want to expand it to become more of a Glassdoor-like service that allows them to share feedback and reviews about the platforms they are working for, providing valuable information for other candidates.

Congrats on the launch, looks solid. What channels are you experimenting with to get early users?

      thank you :)

reddit was the main driver at launch (toned it down now since i don't like spamming but I am happy to see my products get recommended by others from time to time)

tried linkedin as well with some mixed success

currently working on my new feature for user-generated platform reviews which I believe will drive traffic itself since it's something that I see requested heavily, should bring organic SEO traffic hopefully soon enough.

That makes a lot of sense, and I’m with you on avoiding spam. Reddit works best when recommendations come naturally from real use cases.

The user-generated reviews feature sounds smart, especially if it’s already being requested. I’ve seen founders pair that kind of feature with low-key Reddit discussions (not promos) to surface genuine feedback and let others do the recommending over time.

Would you be open to a couple of ideas on how Reddit could quietly support that feature launch without pushing links?

Hi Pietro, how are you? I'm the founder of aitrainer.jobs  and I'm looking for affiliate accounts on Outlier and Alligner. Is there any chance you know how I can get ones?

    Thanks

Hi Eve, I was able to get an Alignerr referral code by signing up as a worker myself. I did not have any luck with Outlier.

Thank you for your response. If by chance you have a friend or colleague who can get me Alignerr, please let me know. I'm willing to spend $$$ on it.
