Would you say your team members are good at using technologies? Do they keep up with them?

My project team is multifaceted. Not always everyone is able to get up to speed with technology, not even everyone can enter Zoom (this is true). How are things with you? Do you train your employees, or do you make it your responsibility to figure it out on your own?
