Who's selling consultancy / services?

I consult as a fractional / part-time CTO in addition to running my payments product Trolley.

That's made me think in more detail about how Trolley can be used to help freelancers get paid (by sending payment links to customers directly over email, SMS, WhatsApp, whatever).

What are some good freelancer forums (apart from IH! :) ) where I can find a few people to kick this specific use-case around and refine it a bit?
