Whooops did I fail?

When I was making Flipp, I considered multiple promotion strategies, and I decided to make a few tiny "showcase" apps built on top of the primary app. One of those planned apps was a Clubhouse preview maker for social media. Flipp is a marketing image automation tool, so the idea fits perfectly.

During this month while I was preparing for the Flipp launch, I watched multiple Clubhouse preview generators skyrocketing on Product Hunt. "So, mines is better than some, maybe there's still a room for another app" – I thought and continued building it.

I launched Flipp a week ago, and it's doing great so far. I spent the last few days building that tiny Clubhouse app. I love how it works, and how the result looks. So, here goes the time for the launch.

I've made some marketing materials and put it on Product Hunt. And...badum tss. It's a Sunday. The worst day ever to launch.

It's still probably going to get #5 Product of the Day or something, but I failed on the main thing – the traffic. I just. Forgot. To look. At the calendar.

Things happen. Whatever, moving on.
