Which service gave you the best developer experience?

I'm building a developer product. I want to learn from existing services that did this well.
So my question is - as a developer, which SaaS gave you the best developer experience, and what did you like about it?
I'm specifically interested in SaaS that expose an API with developers' portal, and not libraries / open source projects, etc.
