What is your offer?
I mean we all sell web design-related services, but how do you stand out from your average fivver/upwork guy that sells websites for a couple of hundred dollars and gets the kind of clients you get when working for that kind of money.
Now, I know that value is the buzz word and I totally agree. Getting solid results for clients, and then selling further based on that, is the way to go. But so many people are basically promising the same, more leads, more money more this or that...
Doesn't that mean that your offer has to be better than that?
We do set goals for every website based on needs assessment and problems that a business may have. But we didn't have a chance so far to get some stellar results (like more leads or helping a client save a ton of time by automating some repetitive tasks) for the client which puts us in an inferior position when it comes to offering (basing it on results).
So, what do you base your offer on? How do you make your offer so good that people feel stupid saying no?
This Qs is asked by someone in fb group and is also one of our challenges when it comes to selling development services. I mean we created lots of SaaS products, and websites for our clients and they worked out great for them but so far we don't have any relevant data which we can use to base our offering for new clients. How do you deal with this situation?
