Week 26 Update: Note Clarity, Beta Round 2

🚀 What I shipped this week:
I completed the initial v1.0 of the AI summary feature. This allows users to paste large blocks of text and get three bullet-pointed key takeaways, significantly improving note digestion. I also cleaned up the onboarding flow, cutting the sign-up steps from 4 to 2.

💡 What I learned:
People don't just want a better notepad; they want the friction removed from the process of organizing information. The summary tool was a hit in early testing. Feedback confirmed that the AI value proposition is far stronger than the basic text editor.

🗓️ What's next:
Focusing entirely on retention. Next up is integrating a simple tagging/filtering system directly tied to the AI summaries, making recall instant. Aiming for [20] active beta users by the end of the week.

🚧 One honest challenge:
The hardest part remains distribution. Getting people to move from "this seems cool" to "this is mission-critical to my workflow" requires a level of trust and proof I haven't built yet. The flywheel is slow.

I know a few early adopters of productivity or AI tools personally who use note-taking apps extensively and are always looking for ways to reduce friction. They'd probably be willing to answer any questions you have if you want.
