Here is a problem nobody has properly solved for European agencies.
Your team works in English. Your client is a local Dutch, French or German business that wants to leave feedback in their own language.

So what happens today? Your project manager becomes a human translation layer. Client writes "de kleur van het logo is te donker," PM pastes it into DeepL, reads "the logo colour is too dark," replies in English, pastes the reply back into DeepL, sends it to the client. All day.

Tools like ClickUp and Asana can translate their own buttons. None of them translate the thing that actually matters: the words your client writes.
So we are building it. A client portal where the client reads and writes in their language, your team reads and replies in theirs, automatically, with the original always one toggle away.

The portal itself is live today. This translation layer is the next thing, and we are opening early access. If you serve clients in another language, the waitlist link is in the comments. I would genuinely love your input on how it should work.

The hard part with marketplaces like this is that supply and demand have to grow together.

Getting 35 partners is a strong foundation, but the next challenge is finding the first repeatable user acquisition loop that also creates value for those partners.

Curious if you’re currently seeing more traction from the store side or the consumer side — which one is pulling the other right now?

Thanks, Aryan! I think my post may have given the wrong impression.

Droova isn't a marketplace. It's a unified workflow platform for agencies that brings CRM, project management, client collaboration, and client portals into one place. The post is about a multilingual communication layer we're adding to the existing platform.

The demand is coming from agencies already using or evaluating Droova. They already have clients, so we're solving the friction that happens when agencies and clients don't share the same language, without changing how either side works.

I'm glad it resonated. I'd enjoy continuing the conversation outside the thread. What's the best email to reach you on?
