TimePulse Pro: From My Chaotic Workflow to a Tool for All Indie Creators

As an independent developer, I was trapped in a cycle of scattered focus, chaotic work rhythms, and constant procrastination—constantly feeling lost amid a jumble of tasks. I realized that relying solely on willpower wasn’t enough to break this cycle; what we truly need are tools built for the unique rhythm of independent creation. So I built TimePulse Pro, not just to fix my own broken workflow, but to help fellow independent creators reclaim focus, structure, and productivity.

My Development Journey

I started working on TimePulse Pro in September 2025, driven by the frustration of my own inefficient work habits. Over the next five months, I poured my evenings and weekends into designing and coding, iterating on every feature to ensure it solved real problems. By February 2026, the app was ready to launch on the Microsoft Store, marking the end of a deeply personal development journey and the start of a new chapter: sharing this tool with the community.

What TimePulse Pro Does

TimePulse Pro is an all-in-one time tracking and productivity tool built specifically for independent creators, freelancers, and anyone who struggles to stay focused in a chaotic work environment. Here’s what it offers:

Why This Matters

TimePulse Pro isn’t just another productivity app—it’s a solution born from the struggles of independent work. By combining time tracking, project management, and focus tools into one intuitive platform, it helps creators turn chaos into clarity, one focused minute at a time.

If you’re an indie developer, freelancer, or anyone who’s ever felt overwhelmed by their to-do list, I’d love for you to try TimePulse Pro. It’s available now on the Microsoft Store, and I’m eager to hear your feedback as we continue to refine and expand the tool.

    Congrats on the launch.

One thing I've realized over the past year is that productivity isn't just about tracking time. A lot of my lost productivity comes from jumping between apps, conversations, and projects all day.

That's actually why I started using CortexSage. It helps me keep context across my work so I'm not constantly trying to remember where things were discussed or what I was working on next.

Time tracking tells me where my hours went. Reducing context switching helps me make better use of those hours.
