I was skeptical about building in public.
Regarding #buildinpublic, I kind of felt like the guy from the No one cares about your projects post. Just one week ago, I was even hating a little bit on Twitter. Regardless, I still decided to continue trying with an open mind.
And then it hit me.
Watching others build their projects, and build alongside, is actually incredibly inspirational.
With consistent tweeting and genuine participation in others' tweets, in just a few days, I've already gotten to know a few people who are interesting to follow, that are doing their thing, and that are also very supportive. It feels great to see their prototypes/MVPs, try them out, provide feedback (i.e. keep up to date discovering new tech!), and know that, one day, you might be able to enjoy the full thing. Hopefully, they and the rest of the community also feel the same towards your projects.
Although with a bit more of a humble project than most of you guys have, yesterday I made a public declaration to #buildinpublic.
If this also resonates with what you're doing, I'd love to follow along!
