Simple Competitor Analysis Framework

Hey all, first post here, happy to be part of this indie family!

I wanted to share my own framework of doing competitor analysis - I needed something simpler than the usual frameworks out there, and at the same time, flexible, which would not only analyze the competitor but also help build a roadmap strategy for improving and upgrading the current product or service that is under the microscope.

It's best used for small companies, agencies, any kind of bootstrapped venture.
