Hello again IH,

My YouTuber friend told me that editing subtitles in Premiere, Final Cut, etc. is a huge pain. So I built them a website that lets you split subtitles with a single click https://getsubtitles.app/

I want to make the best subtitle editing software. Once you're done editing, you export the standard SRT file and bring it into your video editor of choice.

Yes, video editors now have speech-to-text built in but I want to hyper-focus on being the best subtitle editor.

There's a lot of features I can add, but I want to start small and listen to users before I start over-engineering everything. My personal list is something like this:

• red underlines for each word's accuracy that is below a confidence threshold
• a timeline view with the ability to edit start and end time
• the ability to edit words

I hope this product is helpful and any feedback (even negative) would bring me joy.
