Sell my mobile app :) $120k

Hello! I'm a fellow indie hacker and a tech founder. I'm the creator of The CV App. It's localized in 7 languages so it's slightly different in some countries.

I've found the product market fit with my resume creation application, it has helped over 1 million people to create their resumes freely with the convenience of their phones, from 200 countries. (link to the app http://onelink.to/gadxta)

Now I'm not a sales guy and I'm not in HR industry, so what I want to do next is sell this application with the servers and the source code to a person/company who can take this to the next level. Asking price is $120k.

Currently it's generating around 500-600 USD per month with some ads, but this is tiny compared to the potential B2B or upsell benefits.
