I’m seeking a reliable, process-minded Ops Partner to run this day-to-day:
– Manage coach onboarding + calendars
– Oversee bookings + customer flow
– Ensure session follow-through
– Improve backend + drive growth
You’ll earn rev share from day one, with the opportunity to earn equity over time. I’ll fund final dev, support smart marketing, and open my network — but I won’t be involved daily.
