Roast my SaaS: What would you change?

I launched my AI icon generator micro SaaS, IconMage (https://iconmage.com) around two weeks back. It is my first project so I just went live without expectations, but within 24 hours I had my first paying customer.

Now, I need your feedback about literally anything on the site, some points can be:

• the UI: what do you like in the landing page, what would you change?
• the pricing model: do you find the credit model okay or would have a subscription based service, or maybe something else?
• the icon generation and the "Your Icons" page (you can check this out only if you're a paying customer) - the design, the UX, what would you change?
• what do you think should be added to any icon generator? something that you haven't found anywhere yet?
• what differentiating factor would you like when compared to existing tools?

Any other advice is also welcome.
