Welcome, everyone! I recently started looking into messaging alternatives beyond traditional SMS, and someone in Croatia mentioned rcs service. I didn’t know much about RCS, so I decided to read up on it. Turns out, it’s like a more advanced version of SMS with rich media features, making texts look more interactive. I was surprised to learn that many businesses are already using it to engage customers. Now I’m wondering if it will eventually replace SMS entirely.
