Product founder and solopreneur - what should i focus on for getting customers?

For 10 years I am in the space of digital business and while I know a bit about customer acquisition, I feel like I have lost my spark and forgot some things – time to get the energy back!

Since I am a fullstack developer by heart, a consultant, a designer by training and a product lover, I am not that into customer acquisition or marketing.

I had a marketing guy co founder doing the social media ads, which became more and more unreliable so we split ways. But I don't want to stop here!

What are some great resources on how to systematically get paying customers for your SaaS? BTW: I have crawled 1500 profiles of potential customers in my target audience with their email addresses.

My product is not broadly validated but I hear "that's exactly what I was looking for" from time to time. Currently most of my past customers churned and I have only 1 left :D
