Maybe the Problem Isn't Sales or Marketing

Here’s a scenario that plays out all the time: an organization – It could be a startup, or a large enterprise – makes the decision to build an app. The idea for the app comes from a founder or senior executive who has rallied the organization behind their compelling vision. They spend months in the hard (and expensive) work of design, engineering, and testing the app. They overcome setbacks and delays. Then finally, they launch to the app stores and get ready to see the download ticker climb, but all they get is a trickle.
