Looking for a non-technical co-founder for an existing data visualization platform

Hey everyone,

I'm playing around with the idea to bring a co-founder on board with Chartbrew, a data visualization platform I created back in 2018. Some general things about Chartbrew and where it is at the moment:

A platform where users can connect to their different services and databases to bring and visualize all the data in one place
Chartbrew is open source, but also works as a service (currently $162 MRR)
Current revenue so far $5000+ USD (made from both subscriptions and open source support)
Multiple existing competitors with a slightly different focus. Open source competitors (Metabase, Redash), managed (Databox, Klipfolio). The Data viz market is huge so there's a possibility to niche down more

What kind of co-founder I'm looking for:

I can handle the technical bits, so I'm looking for someone that can bring marketing and sales skills to the table
I'm a nomad, so all the communication will be online and work will be async
No specific timezone required
Excellent spoken and written English
Can work at least part-time on the project
Technically-minded and have some interest in the data viz space

An idea of how would the partnership would work (this can be discussed and adjusted):

2-3 months trial to see if we match and if the interest in Chartbrew is kept high (maybe a part-time schedule will be best to start with)
Willing to pay for the trial, although most likely cannot match a regular employee salary
If the trial is successful, we both like working with each other and think we can grow Chartbrew to support us both and more, we can proceed with vesting shares up to an equal amount for each
