Looking for a front-end unicorn

Sorry if this should be in "looking to partner up" but I felt it was more relevant here in design where people seem to specifically understand the subtle appreciation of a good UI/UX.

So anyway to get to it, we are looking for a front-end unicorn to help us out. We've spent the last couple of months building out the back-end and getting all the integrations working as intended. All we need is someone to help us turn our barren bootstrap into some nice design. We already have designs and a strong direction but literally need someone who enjoys actually doing the front-end coding. Obviously we are paying :-)

In fear of sounding like a douche; I truly have this belief, that Steve Jobs kept talking about, that the user experience is super important. And so I can't be contempt with some half-a**ed bootstrap theme. Sigh. Anyways, check out the before and after pictures below for an idea of what we are jabbing at, and keep sites like Stripe (com) and Donut (app) in mind as inspiration for what we want to achieve look/feel wise.
