You may have noticed how difficult it has become to focus lately.
Environments today tend to be either too noisy or completely silent.
Music can sometimes distract, but pure silence can feel mentally overwhelming.
So I decided to run a small experiment.
I created a 15-minute focus reset audio using brown noise, designed to help the mind settle before starting a deep work session.
No music.
No guidance.
No motivation.
Just a neutral sound environment.
The idea is simple:
a short reset before starting focused work.
I'm currently testing whether something this minimal can actually be useful — and whether people would even pay for something like this.
Curious to hear from other builders here:
• Does this problem resonate with you?
• Do you use anything similar before deep work?
