Your site took quite a while to load up for me, have you looked into PageSpeed Insights and so forth? My only recommendation for PH would be to coordinate timing with friends and associates (who can get the discussion going) and before launching, checking out other projects that did very well and figure out what they had in their presentation that you may still be missing. Assets, freebies, a video perhaps? That sort of stuff. You only get one shot and I'd make sure you did everything humanly possible to have that "presentation" be as perfect as you can get it. People underestimate the power of marketing, and no line of code is worth its characters when you don't end up with a lot of people knowing about it. Good luck!
