I think founders overestimate traffic problems and underestimate prioritization problems

A lot of conversations about growth eventually become conversations about getting more traffic.

But I've started wondering whether many teams already have enough leads—they just don't know which ones deserve attention.

When every signup looks the same in your dashboard, it's easy to spend equal time on everyone.

In reality, a small percentage of users are often showing much stronger intent than the rest.

Have you found any behaviors that reliably separate "interested" from "ready to buy"?

Would love to hear examples from other founders.
