How to define your ideal clients as a Data Scientist/Data Analyst

Hi everyone,

I am starting as a freelance in Data Science / Data Visualization, I offer my services to provide audit of data, statistical analysis, custom dashboard development or custom made scripts for automation/ Machine Learning.

My blessing and my curse is that I can approach any industry/sector etc.

And this makes it hard for me to find pragmatic steps on who I should target first as my ideal clients (ideal meaning, clients that would really need my services and would have a budget).

If anyone of you can provide some guidance or suggestions, I am all ears.
