Is there a concept of "SEO" in Github?
How important is the wording of the "README"?
Do outbound links matter?
Do inbound links matter?
How important are Github "stars"?
What is the impact of "Forks" and "Issues"?

There is little to no info online. Did anyone try to 'reverse engineer' the ranking algorithm? What have you learned?
