How do you collaborate with other engineers remotely?

Do you have any particular issue you're trying to overcome?
Not specific to dev but based on our research, one of the biggest challenge of people working remotely is staying aligned.
That's why we've build Achieved. It helps you build a sense of belonging among your team, helping people stay inline with your company’s objectives and track achievements.

I mostly use email and an issues list to collaborate with remote team members, sometimes online platforms like github or bitbucket. I'm not keen on chat as the assumption is usually that it is synchronous and you're constantly available, so I prefer email because it is async. What are you using at the moment (not just zoom surely), and why don't you like it? What sort of thing are you looking for?
