How do you choose which idea to build first?
Hi everyone,
I have three different side project ideas in my mind. I really like all of them, but I only have time to work on one.
How do you decide which idea is the best to start with?
Do you look at the market size?
Do you build the easiest one first?
Or do you just go with your gut feeling?

I’d rank them by fastest path to a real yes/no, not by market size or how fun they are to build. For each idea, write down the exact person, the painful moment, and what they already do instead. Then spend a few days trying to get 5 real conversations for each one. The idea with the clearest pull wins. If two are tied, build the smaller one first.
