Flutter App templates

I’ve been building Flutter app templates for a while and honestly… Flutter templates don’t seem to have the same demand as other ecosystems. I kept hearing “templates sell”, but my experience has been: traffic is inconsistent, buyers are picky, and standing out is hard unless the template solves a very specific problem.

So I decided to try a different angle:
1. Go niche + emotional value (not just “another UI kit”)
2. Add AI features that are actually useful (not just a chat box)
3. Experiment with marketplaces like Codester instead of relying on one platform

What I built (AI Flutter templates)
• AI Pet Loss Companion (Flutter app template) and an AI journal called Quiet Lines

Why Codester?

I’m testing Codester because it’s simpler to list, it has built-in audience, and it doesn’t feel as “saturated” as some template marketplaces. I don’t know yet if it will outperform others, but I wanted to diversify instead of waiting for a random spike in visibility.

The real question

If you’ve sold Flutter templates (or bought them):
• What actually makes you buy a template?
• Where do you see the most demand right now? (AI? finance? productivity? health?)
• Any marketplaces you think work better for Flutter specifically?
