Very clear value proposition.
The landing page would be more compelling if the image showed how you plan to lay out the tables (where one would side scroll at sec.gov). Perhaps use an animated image showing the front page of the S-1 and a swipe to a financials table, for example. Or show the financials table in mobile format with a header indicating the document (e.g. "We Company S-1").

Cool yeah Aloke had a similar idea of showing the sec.gov view and the new view side by side which I'll probably do. Thanks for taking a look!
May be add more info on what this is? I didn't really understood what is is service may be because I'm not your target user or I'm from a different country :)
Also good feedback. It is a very niche product - signsups so far have been fewer than things I've launched in the past but the people who have signed up have been really stoked! But yeah it is I guess just a US specific product since it's about dealing with one of the government websites in an easier way.
