Feedback for an offer?

https://livechatninjas.com/50-sales-leads/

Hey guys,

I've just launched my offer and looking for feedback from the Indie hackers here :)

Please help me with these:

  1. Is the offer communicated clearly?
  2. Do you see the worth in the offer?
  3. Anything that is putting you off?

Here it is: https://livechatninjas.com/50-sales-leads/

Eagerly waiting for your responses :)

I think the offer overall looks pretty clear and is good. I would maybe cut down a bit on the amount of explanation and detail actually and work on having a more clear CTA only once on the page.

I am not sure how trustpilot works but if I click on the 5 stars logo I instantly see you have only four stars (even though all reviews are 5 stars, no idea whats going on there). That's an obvious discrepancy that makes me feel weird (you are using trustpilot to show an external source verifies you as good but the result is I instantly feel lied to).

Otherwise I assume the chat on your website is the product you would be using in which case I think the logo looks amateurish compared to your competition (the big grey box). Also the chat itself asks me for my name, number and email before allowing me to use it, all of which I would not provide without big interest already.

Thank you for the detailed feedback @rhazn. I've removed the chat widget image, it should look better now.

With TrustPilot, I see that issue of 4-stars when the actual reviews are all 5 stars, I'm not sure either how TrustPilot works and why it is showing 4 stars only.

I'll contact them and see if they can make it 5-star or I'll change the number to 4-star on my website.

Quick question, do you find the worth in the offer?

      Thank you so much!

Hey, I am not in your target market so I can't speak to worth in the offer. Very hard to determine too since it depends on a lot of factors. I assume my biggest issue with your service would not be the costs but putting my public image into your hands as well as needing to train your staff on what to say (so time investment).

Those are some real concerns @rhazn. Let me answer that for everyone.

          1. public image concerns - Our 4-year business history + our customer case studies and testimonials are proof that we can pull this off without any issue.

          2. Training our staff - You don't have to do it. The training and updates are on us. Each customer will get their own account manager who trains our agents for them.

There will be 0-time investment besides signing up and responding to your leads.

Any other questions you might have?

Those are not really questions I am having since I am not your target demographic. Just pointing out friction points I could think about.

Especially if you consider a more complex, high price point product I seriously doubt that you can train yourself well enough that I am happy for you to represent me.

But I figure in general this targets high volume/lower priced offers anyway (as you also mention >100k visitors).

The idea and explanation on the site seem pretty clear. Not sure if I'm a fan of the name but the site definitely communicates clearly.

Thank you for the feedback @adlee83, by the site name you mean 'Live Chat Ninjas'?

Also, do you see the worth in the offer?

I think it depends on the industry and the targeting. If I'm in an industry where my average cpc ads are over $5.00 then $1.98 doesn't seems pretty good. If i'm in a weird niche market where I can acquire traffic for cheap, it may be kind of expensive.

Got it. But when the CPC is over $5, cost per lead (CPL) will be way over $30, comparing it with $1.98 is cheap, isn't it so @adlee83?
