Does This Tool Exist?

Im looking for a tool that can take a series of product names and use a library of preset logo's for these products and create an overall image that combines all of those logo's. Looking to combine about 8 logo's into a single image.

Ideally the tool that creates this image can draw its data from a google sheet as the product names will be generated dynamically based on product selections in a form which is then pushed into a google sheet. Each selected product has a preset logo URL (stored on Postimage).

So, in summary, if I have 2 fields in a sheet - Product Name, Logo (which is a Postimage URL), I want this tool to combine 8 logos into a single image, about 600 x 600px.

Is there something like that? I dont want to do this manually. The data needs to be drawn from a google sheet or passed from it somehow
