Pitch :
A platform that provides investment/equity crowdfunding for online course creators/instructors.
Its like fig dot co for online courses.
How it works :

1. Online course creator/instructor sets up a fundraising/investment campaign on our crowdfunding platform.
2. Investors on the platform evaluate the investment opportunity and buy shares for the course.
3. Course makes money once published on platforms like udemy. The dividends gets distributed among instructor and investors.

Evaluation / Performance metrics : Instructor’s past revenue records and others (ytd)

How is this different from campaigns run on platforms like indiegogo or Kickstarter ?
Our platform caters to a niche ( online courses) and follows different model compared to the rewards/perks based crowdfunding.On our platform, you as an investor - invest not only in the making of a course but also into its success.In addition, the platform provides better insights about the instructor , their past performance…
