Do bots like Phantombusters work for getting followers & reach?

I've been trying it out since there's a free 14-day trial.
I'm auto following accounts on Twitter (getting some little follow-backs) and auto commenting on posts with hashtags related to my product on Instagram (only 2 days now).
Does this work to increase my followers and awareness? How long should I do this for?
