Hey guys,
Hope all is well... I have a quick favor to ask.
I'm working on a business idea that I'm trying to validate with B2B SaaS companies. We launched a first website to share with our personal network (https://singularreach.landen.co/), but notice many flaws in our UVP and (possibly) on our current solution.
My goal now is to chat with SaaS people to better understand their world and evaluate the next steps to improve our service and bring it to market.
I'd really appreciate it if you could share this message along to people you know who fit this target (feel free to change it a bit if you like).
Hello,
We are a company founded by Indie Hackers currently working on a service to help B2B SaaS companies sell more by reaching out and engaging with their ideal clients. Specifically, we will offer a service to generate a constant flow of qualified leads without the need of hiring and training more sales staff.
I would love to get 30 minutes of your time to help us understand your current workflow. I'm not selling anything, just looking for advice.
Here's a link to my calendar, but feel free to contact me by email as well.

Thanks for all of you that are supporting us!
Hi Danilo!
I think you're on good track but I'd suggested rewording a thing or 2 to make it shorter and clarify the CTA. Also, you'll probably get more responses if you can include a voucher ($25 Amazon card for instance).

I probably fit the description of the companies you'd like to talk to although we might be a bit small depending on what your customer persona is. I had a quick look at your calendar link and none of the time slots are a good fit but I'd be happy to leave feedback here if you have a set of questions (I'm sure that others can chime in).
I'd also suggest giving meeting options directly in the email to simplify bookings. Calendly is great but puts the booking costs on them (see https://twitter.com/HarryStebbings/status/1165565754642771970).
Hi Sten,
Thanks for the quick reply. Using Calendly to book interviews is really not ideal, but I remember trying to schedule meetings without it and hearing the opposite - that the back-and-forth is a waste of time. Just to make sure for you and others who might read it, in case the time slots don't suit you I am 100% flexible to your calendar, just let me know!
Now I took a look at Tability (amazing website btw!), and judging by your pricing you're true that we wouldn't be a good fit - the solution we're building is focused on SaaS with a higher CLTV, where you can afford to pay more to acquire customers. That means that you probably use different channels and have a much shorter sales cycle than my customer persona...
With that being said, I'd love if you can share a bit of how you sell today, specifically:
Feel free to answer whichever you like in public! :)
I do, and I'm pretty bad at it.
Content marketing is what works best.
Close to zero, hard to track down proper ROI as we don't have the best tracking from content to paid but we're looking at the growth in readers and seeing if we also have a growth in signups.
Yes, no tool right now but I've had my eyes on Pipedrive. Did I also mention that I'm bad at sales 😅? We don't have a good follow up plan but I'm working on it.
Grow the number of leads, be better at having regular conversation with them.
Nice! Thanks for the insights Sten!
I'm curious, is Tability profitable yet? If not, what is your runway? Is it a side-project of yours?
Not profitable yet, but getting there soon. This is a full-time project for my co-founder and myself.
Thanks, I'll be happy to follow your journey :)
